ABOUT US

Our BBQ business was formed in 2018 by Mark & Robin Heller. My passion for BBQ started back in 2008 when my wife, Robin, surprised me with my first smoker. It all started with a small vertical propane smoker. I cooked on that little smoker for family and friends for many years…it turned out some pretty decent BBQ! But that all changed when I purchased my first offset smoker years later. The level of flavor could not be matched.  Using nothing but wood for fuel, it turned out some of the best BBQ we ever tasted. We now own multiple reverse flow smokers that are capable of cooking up hundreds of pounds of amazing BBQ! 


In early 2020, our brother-in-law, Chris, joined the BBQ business. Chris is a chef by trade and has many years of catering and restaurant management experience. His expertise in these fields will surely help expand our business offerings to you!


In August of 2021 we added a Southern Pride smoker which increased our capacity and allowed us to fine tune our smoking process to provide the best BBQ available.

Our business is continuing to evolve and Bill Wyandt has joined us as a co-owner as Chris has moved to a more sunny climate. Bill recently retired from law enforcement after a 41 year career and is looking forward to a second career in BBQ.


We are working on a few new projects that we hope to introduce in the next few months such as expanding our dining area and outfitting a Brother's BBQ Food Truck so that we can reach out and help more people experience quality BBQ.


Our BBQ profile is not from any one region or any specific style. We combine the best methods from all around the Country to bring you some of the best BBQ around! Authentic Wood Fired BBQ…our BBQ is slow smoked over oak wood to create a mildly smoky but flavorful product. All of our sauces are homemade and cover many regions from Kansas City Sweet Sauce to East Carolina Vinegar Sauce and everything in between. Just like our sauces, all of our side dishes are also homemade. It takes a little more time this way but we wouldn’t settle for anything but the best!

My name is Mark and BBQ isn't just my job. It's my passion, past-time and favorite obsession. For me, wood smoked BBQ is an edible form of art.

Meet

Bill Wyandt

Bill started out with back yard BBQ on an Oklahoma Joe Stick Burner under the tutelage of Pitmaster Mark. Bill helped out with the inaugural cook in the Summer of 2020 when we started out with our trailer.

After retiring from a 41 year career in  Law Enforcement, Bill Joined Mark as a partner in Brother's BBQ at the end of 2022 and looking forward to providing the best BBQ in the area.
